I'm doing the London to Canterbury stage of the tour de France tomorrow, the tour doesn't do it for another 2 weeks yet, but they are running a ride for 5000 amatuers tomorrow....

120miles , best put some saddle cream on


then 2 weeks time, it's down to the pyrenees for the actual Etape du Tour 196 KM in the mountains in a day

I don't think my body would take another one in between
